By using ddiisshh (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. ddiisshh is a free dish-level review platform. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content. When you submit a review, photo, or rating, you grant ddiisshh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform and in marketing materials. You retain ownership of your content.

Acceptable use. You agree not to: submit fake reviews, use the platform to harass or defame others, upload content you don't own, attempt to manipulate ratings through multiple accounts, or use automated tools to interact with the platform.

Enforcement. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion to maintain platform integrity. Reviews that receive multiple community flags may be hidden pending admin review.

Limitation of liability. ddiisshh is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or ratings. Reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences.

What we collect. Email address (for account creation), username and display name (public), review content including photos, ratings, and optional text (public), and approximate location if you grant permission (used to show nearby results and verify review authenticity).

How we use it. To operate the platform, display reviews, generate dish rankings, and improve the service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and business insights.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing. We do not track your location in the background.

Data storage. Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

Deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@ddiisshh.com.

ddiisshh may request access to your device's location to show nearby restaurants and improve search results. Location access is always optional.

If granted, your location is used only at the moment of search or review submission. We do not track your location in the background, store location history, or share precise location data with third parties.

Location data attached to reviews (approximate area) may be used to verify review authenticity and improve ranking accuracy.

ddiisshh is built by people who love food. Keep it honest and useful.

Be real. Only review dishes you've actually eaten. Use your own photos. One account per person.

Be fair. It's okay to rate a dish poorly if that's your honest experience. It's not okay to target a restaurant with fake negative reviews.

Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, or offensive content in reviews or photos. Keep it about the food.

Limits. You can review the same dish once per week to allow for revisits. You can submit up to 10 reviews per day. These limits exist to maintain quality and prevent abuse.

Flagging. If you see a review that violates these guidelines, you can flag it. Flagged reviews are reviewed by our team. Reviews with multiple flags may be automatically hidden pending review.

We may send you emails related to your account (sign-up confirmation, password resets) and platform notifications (new reviews in your area, ranking updates). You can opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.

We will never send spam, sell your contact information, or contact you for marketing purposes without your consent.
